Ram TRX Reveal Timeline: NASCAR Thursday, TRX Inside 60 Days
This is the Ram TRX reveal timeline. On a SEMA livestream with Chris Jacobs, Ram CEO Tim Kuniskis hinted at a Thursday Charlotte announcement and a second, bigger reveal inside 60 days—promising a show that tops both Demon unveilings.
Thursday’s NASCAR announcement
First, expect a NASCAR move. Rumor has it that there will be a reality show being filmed to find out the drivers for the race team. There is also rumors Dodge could be getting a race team and this may also be what TK’s Garage has talked about as well.
The bigger reveal
Next, there’s a wild Ram reveal already filmed. Legal still needs to bless it. The team said it will be more over the top than 2018 and 2023 Demon reveals. That sets the bar high. In 2018, the Demon did a wheelie on the docks in New York. In 2023, the Demon 170 was flown in on a helicopter before speeding down the dragstrip in Las Vegas.
Clues we can share
We know where they shot it. We know who was there. Also, one guest is a big YouTuber you’ve seen at Roadkill Nights. He often brings an iconic prop in his videos (It fly around…). Find his short clip from last week and you’ll see the trail.
Why it screams TRX
The Stellantis CEO told investors on a call that the TRX would return later in 2025. We have sources telling us there are 6.2L supercharged hemi v8 engines being placed into RHO bodies at the Sterling Heights Assembly Plant. And now we have an “epic”reveal coming but still no TRX reveal. Doesn’t take rocket science to assume this epic reveal will be the 2026 TRX we’ve all been waiting for.

The likely timeline
- Thursday: NASCAR announcement with the Charlotte team.
- Within 60 days: TRX reveal with a huge stunt. Hopefully it won’t be overshadowed by a huge pricetag
This is what I expect from a TRX reveal
The stunt talk sets a wild tone. So I expect noise and motion. Big jumps or a hard launch would fit the legend. Fire, lights, and a long pull of supercharger whine would seal it. Also, I want clear shots of the frame, the dampers, and the tires. Show the travel. Show the skid plates. Show the cooling. In short, prove this truck still eats rough ground at speed.
Give us real specs when the cameras cut. Power, tow, payload, and weight. Then give us the trims and colors. A dark launch color always looks mean on film. But silver and white help buyers see the lines.
Inside, I want the big screen, strong seats, and a clean wheel. Also, bring back the fun pages and the simple drive modes. Keep the useless fluff off the dash.
Why NASCAR makes sense for Thursday
Charlotte hints at a Cup-level deal. The city is home base for many teams. It also holds the wind tunnels, the shops, and the tracks. A brand push into stock car racing helps dealers, helps parts, and helps fans.
A Cup car puts the badge on TV every week. That reach sells trucks in small towns and big cities. Plus, a race tie makes future special trims easier to pitch. You can even see a pace truck or a track package down the line. For example, a street aero kit, sticky tires, and a lower ride.
Questions I still have
Will the lawyers cut the biggest stunt? Will the reveal share orders and timing on day one? Also, will there be a special launch color or a numbered first run? These small details matter to buyers who plan fast.
What to watch for next
Watch the race team feeds on Thursday. Then watch the usual Ram and show channels. If the short clips start to drop, we are close. My call stays the same. NASCAR first. TRX soon after. And yes, the second reveal will try to top the Demon shows again.
I will keep listening and bring more clues. When I can share names and the exact site, I will. Until then, tell me what you want to see from both drops. Do you want wild stunts, or deep specs? I want both.
