Ram is officially preparing to launch a new street truck. Moreover, this vehicle will arrive very soon. In fact, concrete proof confirms that Ram is going to make a street truck. Therefore, you are going to see it within the next 45 days. This information comes directly from a leaked image. Furthermore, careful analysis of the image reveals exactly what is coming. Currently, I am traveling, but I have secured this vital information. Overall, this is a major development for performance truck enthusiasts.
The evidence lies in the details of the leaked photo. For example, the letters “Mus” are clearly visible in the corner. Obviously, this stands for “Muscle truck.” In addition, another image reveals the actual word. As a result, I have no doubt that a muscle-focused street truck is on the way. Also, the letters “RY” appear in the text. This likely points to a January or February release date. Thus, this sets the timeline for early next year.
I have gathered significantly more information regarding this release. Consequently, I am currently working on a full breakdown video. This new truck represents a shift in Ram’s strategy. However, the brand is likely keeping this quiet for now. They may not be telling the media yet. Presumably, this is because they realized someone has leaked the details. Nevertheless, the reveal is imminent.
Defining the New Ram Muscle Truck
Speculation surrounds the powertrain of this new vehicle. However, I have it on good authority that it will not be a Hellcat. A Hellcat street truck is simply not happening. Instead, I think that muscle truck might be a 392. Specifically, it will likely feature the 6.4L Hemi V8. This engine configuration fits the description of a true street muscle truck. As a result, it will offer high performance without the supercharged Hellcat price tag.
Previously, I expressed significant interest in a “Dude truck” concept to Ram. Because I basically told Ram that I had a lot of interest in that truck, they listened. So, I think we are going to see the “Dude truck” in February. This vehicle appears to slot in right around the RHO’s price point. It may or may not use the TRX body. However, the positioning is clear. Ram is targeting the street performance segment aggressively. Finally, this truck provides an option for those who do not want an off-road focused RHO.
The TRX Pricing Controversy
Meanwhile, the pricing of the new TRX remains a hot topic. Personally, I feel the new TRX is way overpriced. Currently, the sticker price sits around $130,000. In my opinion, the new TRX is not $30,000 better than the RHO. It just isn’t. I understand why they priced it like that. They went with 2024 TRX pricing levels. However, everyone knows Ram inflated 2024 TRX prices. This was due to greed. They wanted to get profit per unit rather than volume sales.
Interestingly, I received a text message from a contact at Ram. They provided their justification for why the TRX costs so much. In addition, they poked fun at my previous research on the topic. Consequently, I will break down their reasoning in a future update. I want to analyze their justification for the price hike. Despite their reasons, the cost remains a barrier for many buyers. Therefore, finding a better deal is essential.
Building the Under-Sticker Dealer List
To combat high prices, I am taking action. I am going to find dealers who are going to sell TRXs under sticker. Then, I am going to put a list up on my website. This way, I can have a list of dealers who are going to sell you stuff under sticker. I don’t want to see anybody spending a single penny over sticker. Life is too expensive for markups. As a result, I am reaching out to my dealer network.
I talk to dealers on a daily basis. Currently, there are several dealers I am cool with all over the country. My goal is to narrow down reliable dealers in each quadrant of the country. For instance, I want partners in the Southeast, Southwest, Northeast, and Northwest. This ensures that buyers everywhere can access fair pricing. Ultimately, I want to see whether or not I can get dealers to sell TRXs under sticker.
This initiative extends beyond just the TRX. Also, I am going to try to do that for vehicles like the Charger or anything else. So, I’m going to have a list of under-sticker vehicles. I will also have a list of salesmen who would do those deals. If a dealership agrees to this, I will do everything I can to help push traffic to them. I will advertise for you for free. If somebody is going to sell TRXs, Chargers, or Grand Cherokees under sticker, hit me up. If I send you somebody, sell it to them under sticker. In exchange, I will promote your dealership.
Executing the Strategy
I am already identifying potential candidates for this list. For example, Granger is one dealer that typically did this. Additionally, Mark Dodge is another one that typically offered these deals. I know guys at other dealerships as well. I am going to see whether or not they can get their GM to agree. If they are firm, they will do that. I am going to try to see whether I can get a solid list. If Butter sent you, you should automatically get under sticker. I am going to see if I can set something up like that.
I have been wanting to get to the point where I can work with dealers directly. This allows me to help get vehicles for other people cheaper. I am not made of money. I can’t go buy a TRX, an RHO, and a Charger all in one year. But, if I can help you guys out, that is the goal. I am trying to be a resource to help you get the cars you want. Therefore, I am going to see whether or not I can get that done.
Upcoming Intel and SRT Headquarters
Beyond the truck news, more information is coming. I have some information about SRT’s new headquarters. Consequently, I will make a video about that soon. The “Blood Shop” truck is another vehicle on my radar. I think I might try to get that Blood Shop one. However, I have to see how much it is going to cost first. This is especially true if it comes out in the second half of this year. It takes several months to save up to get one. For now, the focus is on the street truck and the dealer list.
