Rumors regarding the Dodge Charger and its potential return to a V8 powertrain are circulating wildly. Recently, a specific leak gained traction across social media platforms like Reddit. Specifically, this image suggests that a HEMI-powered Dodge Charger is dropping immediately. In addition, the leak claims a manual transmission variant is arriving as well. Naturally, enthusiasts feel excited by this possibility. However, we must analyze the validity of these claims carefully. Currently, I am traveling, but I felt it was necessary to address this rumor immediately. Consequently, I sat down at the United Lounge to break down exactly what is going on.
Butter the Insider and I received this image from multiple people. Immediately, we began to scrutinize the details. Unfortunately, the information appears to be a scam. The image displays a screen with vehicle information. However, the creator intentionally obscured key details. For example, they blurred out the date and specific names. Sadly, this is a common tactic in fake leaks. Usually, scammers do this because they could not get the Photoshop quality clear enough. As a result, the blurring hides the imperfections in their editing work.
Direct Confirmation from Stellantis Sources
We do not rely solely on visual analysis. Instead, I went straight to the top of the food chain. My sources work at the very top of the Stellantis conglomerate. Notably, these same sources allow us to break news months before mainstream media hears a whisper. Therefore, I reached out to them regarding this alleged January 9th announcement. First, I contacted a source on one side of the company. Their reaction was immediate laughter. Bluntly, they stated that the information was “just bullshit.”
Subsequently, I reached out to a contact on the other side of the company. I wanted a second opinion to be absolutely sure. However, their response was identical. They confirmed that this specific leak is not real. Do I want them to announce a HEMI Dodge Charger on January 9th? Of course, I do. Everyone wants to see that happen. Nevertheless, it is not happening next week according to the people who actually run the show.
The Real Timeline for the Dodge Charger
Despite this fake leak, there is good news. We know for a fact that a HEMI Charger is coming. Thankfully, the V8 is not gone forever. However, the timeline in the rumor is incorrect. We have seen information indicating an announcement could happen in January. Furthermore, we know for sure that something is coming in the first quarter of this year. January 9th is rapidly approaching. Yet, the specific claims in this viral image are false.
Why does this fake information exist? In my opinion, someone created this to discredit legit insiders. Specifically, they want to make those of us who actually leak real information look bad. For instance, if we reported this as fact and it did not happen, our credibility would suffer. Fortunately, we have strong AI tools available. Butter the Insider uses these tools to analyze images for manipulation. Therefore, we were able to catch this before anyone got bamboozled.
Confirmed News: Power Wagon and Ram 392
While the manual Charger leak is fake, there are amazing things that are actually confirmed. For instance, the Power Wagon just dropped with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine. Everybody was asking for that option. Now, there is finally a diesel variant of the Power Wagon available. In addition, we know another high-performance truck is on the way. A 392 Ram truck is coming before Valentine’s Day. Overall, these are real vehicles with real release windows.
There are a lot of different things we know for sure are real. Conversely, there are people just trying to send us nonsense. Therefore, it is important to distinguish between the two. My track record is impeccable. Similarly, Butter the Insider has a solid history. We do not post stuff unless we know it is legitimate. Unfortunately, this leaked image does not meet that standard. Simply put, it is a scam.
Ram TRX Giveaway Updates
In other news, our current giveaways are moving fast. We are working with Still Lit Lighting Solutions on these builds. Right now, we have a 392 SRT Challenger up for grabs. Every dollar spent on the site equals one entry for that car. However, the main focus is the Ram TRX. We offered a limited-time promotion of 1,000X entries. As of this morning, fans have bought over 80% of those allocations. Once that remaining 20% is gone, they are gone forever.
After they sell out, the system will likely show “sold out” for a brief period. Then, it will revert to the standard one dollar equals one entry format. Therefore, if you want the best opportunity to win that truck, you need to act now. I can guarantee these will likely sell out today. Accordingly, you can get entered at TK’s Garage Big Cartel site. A major shout out goes to Still Lit Lighting Solutions for sponsoring these vehicles. Ultimately, they allow us to give back to you guys in a massive way.
Personal Updates and Future Plans
On a personal note, I am currently traveling. I am leaving New Orleans and heading to Las Vegas for CES. Following that, I will head home. Currently, a lot of changes are happening. I have some things in motion that I need to sort out. Consequently, I will take some time off to get my head space right. I need to be in the right mindset to create content for you. At this moment, I am just not there.
However, I always bounce back. When I return, I might be a little more savage. Perhaps, you might see the return of the old-school TK. I am sure many of you will love that. In the meantime, if something massive breaks, I will put it out there. Also, I can pass information to Butter or OC Motivator to cover. For now, please understand that this “manual HEMI Charger” leak is fake. Do not get tricked by the internet. Stay petty, my friends.
